This week

Monday: Drew & I met some Neuro co-workers at the Filling Station for lunch. Afterwards we ran to Menards to get "materials" to put my grandma's uppercase living together. That night Jessica & Kaylin came down for a play date. Drew wants to move with her in the worst way. We grilled out & enjoyed the nice weather.

Tuesday: I worked & got called at work by my sitter. She is pregnant & is having some issues with a hernia from her previous pregnancy. I picked Drew up around 10:30. Thank goodness we had enough staff & it wasn't a busy day. Thankfully all is ok & she is still able to babysit. That night we had pizza with some neighbors.

Wednesday: WE STAYED HOME!! Alishia came over for a brief visit & that was it for us.

Thursday: Cleaned house, then went to Maquoketa to say hi to Aunt Jess, Kaylin, & all the daycare kids. Then we were off to Maquoketa caves for a picnic. This is an annual thing I've done with the Petersen's since we were little. It brought back so many good memories.
It was such a beautiful day & it felt so good to be able to take Drew there, he will now be a part of our tradition.
