We had lots of First this week.................
Monday: Drew holds a beer can for his FIRST (and LAST) time!! We had some neighbors over & I ran inside & came back to see my innocent son clenching onto a budlight!! Emma also was here for awhile that day & again told me she can hold Drew by herself. He about weighs as much as she does!! Monday night Drew slept through the night & for the FIRST time in a long time I COULD NOT sleep!
Tuesday: I worked, Drew had another WONDERFUL day at Cassie's!! He seems to really like it there & she always reports that he does so well. That night we went for a walk & then watched the FIRST episode of House (Michael's Fav)! Tuesday night Drew decided to have a night similar to how it was when he was FIRST born. I was wishing I had slept Monday night then!
Wednesday: We went to Tipton for a playdate with Grady. We bought Drew a Bumbo Chair & he LOVES it. Here are some pics of him sitting in it for the FIRST time!! That night we had pizza at my parents & although Drew had not napped well, he was VERY happy!

Thursday: Drew gets his pictures at Picture Innovations, he did WONDERFUL!! Yesterday was the FIRST day they were open & we will be making a return visit forsure!! It's similar to Picture People, only much cheaper!! I'm so excited there is one in Davenport now! Last night Drew had cereal for the FIRST time. I thought maybe that was why all the sudden he's not sleeping as well. He LOVED it!! I wasn't too surprised, he really likes to eat! I was wrong about the sleeping part though............he was up again multiple times last night. The difference though between now & when he was FIRST born, he's much easier to get back to sleep or perhaps it's because I've learned what comforts him most.
Friday: Hanging out at home. I was supposed to go to IA City with Jessica to see Diane, BUT beings it's been a long week with little sleep I'm going to stay home. Tomorrow I work & then Scott & Maggie will be here in the evening. Sunday is the QC Marathon, Drew will be "groupies" with us for the FIRST time cheering on Uncle Scott!!

Kim, he is so cute! And he is growing like a weed. I love blogs because now I can watch him grow over the next few years! Miss you guys:)
