Weekly Update

Tuesday: I survived my 1st day back to work!! Monday was rough & there were lots of tears, but by Tuesday I teared up, but never actually cried. I took Drew to Cassie's & he was asleep before I left (which helped me). She said he did great & LOVED the kids. The kids apparently loved him too!! The rule was they could look, but not touch. When I came to get him he was in the bouncy seat & I said "well hi there" & he put the lip out & started to cry, then was crying & smiling at the same time. Not sure if he just realized I had left or if he was letting me know he knew I left. That night we went to Taco Tuesday at Buzzy's with my parents, Amy, Emma, Michael's parents, grandma, & Thiels.

Wednesday: Pretty uneventful at our house. We took a stroll down to neighbor Tammie's. She has a 4 year old Jayden & the other 4 year old neighbor boy Ryan played with Drew for a long time. They all entertained each other!! It was pretty darn cute.

ThursdayMy official cleaning day. Drew was as happy as can be!! He had his 3 month pictures, he smiled the whole day before pictures & after pictures. During pictures he looked at Michael & I like we were crazy!! The MOMENT we stepped out of Penny's he was smiling again!! We did manage to get some cute pictures though. I sent Michael & Drew home after pictures & I made a quick stop at Kohl's. I had an ADDITIONAL 30% off & I couldn't let that go to waste!!

FridayJayden came over for a few hours while her mom worked (their sitter's little girl is in the hospital) Drew just loved watching her & she was a big help to me. We read lots of books & both her & Drew loved it. Last night we hung out at home & I got things ready for today. Drew was hanging out with Nana this morning & daddy this afternoon while I work. Tonight we're going to Fischer's for the chicken supper & to celebrate Mandy's 21st b-day!! HA!
