Labor Day Weekend

We had a WONDERFUL weekend!! Friday Michael took a half day off of work & we headed to Chicago for Paul & Alissa's wedding. Drew slept the WHOLE way there. We met some of the Florida relatives for appetizers at TGI-Fridays. Then we had rehersal that night & dinner. We all came back to the hotel & had LOTS of people in our room until 1 AM!! Drew slept through ALL of it & proceeded to sleep through the night again. He had a very happy mommy & daddy!! We got up Saturday morning & headed to the pool. Drew wasn't too fond of the pool, it was cold, but he LOVED the hot tub, which wasn't too hot. Jessica did my hair, which I LOVED & I got ready for the wedding. We had pictures & then headed to the church. The ceremony was very nice & went smoothly. After the wedding we had more pictures & then went to the reception. Alishia & Jessica were a big help with Drew, THANK YOU!! We all had SO much fun at the reception & dance. Drew called it a night at 10 pm & woke up at 7am Sunday morning!! We had a nice morning with the family & then packed up the car to head for home. We stopped at the outlet mall in Aurora. It was a beautiful day & Drew was PERFECT, he only woke up to eat & then slept again the whole way home. We came home, unpacked & my lifelong friend Alyshia came to spend the night. We grilled out & gabbed the whole night!! Drew, Michael, Alyshia, & I ALL fell asleep downstairs & woke up at 2 am. Monday night we had dinner with Michael's parents. It was a great weekend & it was SO good to see so many people we don't get to see too often.
